Data Soap validates UK and international mobile numbers, UK landlines and email addresses, screens against TPS, CTPS and MPS in real time, and manages your unsubscribe lists. Through Zapier, all of that plugs straight into the other apps you already use.
Here's a worked example - validating leads captured from a Facebook Lead Ad before they land in a CRM.
Pick your Trigger. Start by choosing the Trigger for your Zap - the event that kicks everything off, e.g. a new Facebook Lead Ad submission.
Add Data Soap as an action. Add a step and choose "Data Soap" from the app list. Not listed yet? Get an invite from the link below, or contact your account manager. Zapier will prompt you to log in with your Data Soap credentials once - this is safe and only needed once.
Validate the mobile number (HLR). Choose the HLR action, then map the phone number field from your Trigger into the "Telephone Number" input. Send a test - Zapier returns a live result: on/off status, country and network.
Validate the email address. Add another action, choose Data Soap again, and pick Email Validation. Map the email field from your Trigger and send a test to confirm it's valid and accepting mail.
Screen against TPS. To stay compliant, add a TPS Check action, map the phone number field again, and test - you'll get a clear yes/no on TPS, CTPS and your internal DNC list.
Do something with the result. Finish with an action that uses the data - e.g. creating a contact in your CRM with the Data Soap results attached, so you can decide whether to act on an invalid or opted-out lead.
Name it and turn it on. Give the Zap a name and enable it - every new lead is now validated automatically before it reaches the rest of your stack.
