How is £4.99 really worth £100?
The £100 figure is the combined value of 200 credits on each of our eight services at our standard published rates. The 25 free SMS add a little more on top (SMS sends start at £0.12 each). It's a deliberate loss-leader designed to let new customers actually try the platform with their own data before deciding whether to scale up.
Do I really get 200 of every credit?
Yes - 200 credits on every service at once: HLR, TPS, CTPS, MPS, Email, MNP, PAF and Landline, plus 25 SMS. They're separate pots, so using your HLR credits doesn't touch your email or landline ones. Use as many or as few of each as you like.
Are the 25 SMS credits actually free?
Yes - they're added to your account on top of your service credits and don't get deducted from them. Useful for testing SMS sending against a list you've just cleaned.
Is this a subscription?
No. It's a one-off payment. You're charged £4.99 once and there's no auto-renew. Top up later only if you want to.
Do the credits expire?
No. Use them today, next week, or in a year. All your service credits and the 25 SMS credits stay on your account until you spend them.
Can I use the API straight away?
Yes. The £4.99 starter credits work on both the web portal and the REST API. You can integrate the API into your CRM, dialer, sign-up form or Excel workbook.
What if I run out of credits?
Top-ups follow our published tiered pricing - per-check rates drop sharply with volume (HLR down to £0.0024 at high volumes). No contract, no minimum.
